Total Quality Management (TQM) Program. At TOPAZ, we adhere to a stringent protocol and strict Total Quality Management (TQM) program, in adaptation to the international oil quality standards and practices.

Ensuring Quality at Every Stage
The TQM program enables us to detect any non – conformity to the quality management and standards, right from receiving the raw materials to the production of finished products. The program will check each product at every stage, during blending, before filling and delivery, to ensure specifications and quality are met with no compromise.

Adaptive Quality Control Measures
All finished products will be tested (on random) by our Quality Officer at the various stages for more than just contamination (measure product quality in the limit range) and ensuring proper storage and delivery of final product. Our quality control program is flexible and will be improved based on the latest development in the market. To this end, we always seek regular advice and guidance from the relevant authorities.
