PRODUCTION FACILITY
TOPAZ’s facility was built to the latest oil facility design standard and conformed to all the international oil manufacturing facility design and specifications. Our facility has been audited and recognized by most of the ‘oil major’ in the world and are fully equipped with the latest state-of-the-art automated blending machines, fillings, packing and mechanical handling equipment. The facility is also equipped with the computerized PLC, filtering devices and advanced hi-tech laboratory analytical equipment for all ranges and stages of test procedures and protocols for quality control. A caption from the Regional Technical Manager of a major international oil manufacturer (based in Singapore) who visited our facility recently proved this point. He regarded our facility as “Very impressive, the best blending design I have seen so far. None of the Cosmo plant in Japan has such a design.”
PRODUCTION AND STORAGE CAPACITY
Our present blending facility has a production capacity of 62,000 MT a year or 5,200 MT a month based on the normal operating hours. This capacity is more than enough to handle the present domestic and overseas requirement. However, the production capacity can be further upgraded to handle a larger volume should the need arises as we have in hand available space on standby for expansion purpos.

For storage purpose, the facility can accommodate up to 5,000 drums of standard
209L (in open systematic stacking area) and 5,000 cartons of different packing size
(inside the facility area) at any one time.
Currently the utilized blending/filling capacity is around 50%. An additional of
10,000 – 15,000 square feet of factory space is available if the need arises to run
at full capacity. Our factory is equipped with a ramp facility for loading purposes
that can accommodate standard lorries and containers for export and bulk orders distribution.
